The Resource Library
This Resource Library supports the work of the Jamaica Office of the National Rapporteur on Trafficking in Persons (ONRTIP). Jamaica’s National Rapporteur is Diahann Gordon-Harrison, who also serves as the Children’s Advocate.
Launched in September 2021, the Library is the birthchild of the ONRTIP and the WARNATH Group. With special assistance from WARNATH under the Child Protection Compact (CPC), ONRTIP was able to develop a resource Centre that provides information on human trafficking from around the globe.
This resource library gives you access to diverse materials on all things human trafficking which you should find useful, no matter your background.
…it captures both our local and Caribbean context as well as global perspectives.
Mrs Diahann Gordon Harrison
The library is an ever changing well of information which is frequently updated to include more current data on human trafficking statistics locally, regionally and globally.
The library is designed in such a way that anyone can access it and gain meaningful information on trafficking as needed.
